The mission of the VISIONARIES is to raise awareness and assist in fundraising efforts for the Tools For Tomorrow Program.
Claire Smith saw the need for a Tools For Tomorrow support group and gathered a group of like-minded ladies that included Jennie Inch and Nancy Bleiweiss-Nevil. They met with board members, Rachel Druten and Janice Lyle, and thanks to seed money from a generous donor, in June 2013 the VISIONARIES of Tools For Tomorrow became a reality. What better name for a group of imaginative, forward-thinking, enthusiastic women with an understanding of the necessity for an integrated arts education and a love of children. Bylaws were developed and Jennie Inch became the first chairman.
